A quick and easy 20 minute recipe to get you through any meal. The trick to a 20 minute meal is to have everything out and ready before you actually start cooking and read the recipe to make sure you have everything you need. The worse thing would be that you start a delicious meal and can’t finish it because a missing ingredient.
¾ cup water
3 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 package Wildtree Asian Skillet Meal
1 tablespoon Wildtree Organic coconut oil
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 bunch asparagus
1 pound salmon, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 whisk together the water soy sauce, and Asian Skillet Meal; set aside
2 Heat organic coconut oil in a 12in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes,
3 Add asparagus, salmon, and Asian skillet meal mixture; toss to combine
4 Cover and cook over medium heat for about 5 – 7 minutes or until salmon is cooked through; 145F
5 Can be served for rice or noodles
