Every day while I am at work I sit for about 15 mins, while I should be working, and think about what will i be feeding my family for dinner. Everyone is so picky and different i am always at a loss, so i decided to make my life someone simpler and make a weekly menu. This weeks menu is catchy I am sure next weeks menu won’t be so much fun to read.
I am not a culinary chef by trade so I will be using a variety of sources that I have gathered through my time in culinary school and from great people who love to share. I have come to love The America’s Test Kitchen Healthy Family Cookbook. Their recipes are easy to follow, and they always offer alternatives to their ingredients and flavor combination. I also have their Quick Family cookbook with over 750 recipes for big flavor in short order. My arsenal of creative, fast, flavor packed cookbook is endless. Now my only conquest is to find some that my kids will eat…lol.
My goal is to post a ideas that will help you diversify your weekly menu without overwhelming your mind with an endless grocery list.
